Pool Use and Regulations
| The pool and tennis courts are available
only to those who have paid annual Recreation Dues. Once the HOA has received
your dues, they will issue you a pool key card so you will have access to the
gated pool area. To pay your annual Recreation

OF MEMBERSHIP DUES AND ACCEPTANCE OF POOL CARD AND KEY CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE
OF AND AGREEMENT TO FOLLOW ALL RULES. Members
who violate the pool rules posted at the pool and below are subject to revocation
of privileges without reimbursement. POOL
RULES Pool hours are 9AM - 9PM 1.
The Board/HOA is not responsible for anyone's valuables or injuries.

THERE IS NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY - SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK. 3.
There is a 2 guest per member limit per family. No one under 16 may bring a guest
to the pool without an accompanying adult. An unaccompanied child of a member
who is older than 16 years of age may bring one guest per day. Any group of more
than 2 guests per member constitutes a party and approval from the Board is required
in advance. 4. Owners with non-swimmers in their charge
are responsible for watching these non-swimmers at all times and must remain with
them while they are at the pool. 5. Swimsuits must be worn
at all times. Children must also wear swimsuits. Infants who are not toilet-trained
MUST wear rubber pants over swim diapers when entering the pool. (We have had
problems in the past with this rule not being adhered to; this is a serious safety
issue for all. The pool has to be shut down and cleaned before re-opened. We may
be charged extra by the pool company and Gwinnett County having to come in and
re-inspect and this charge may be passed on to the owner who violated this rule).
6. No member is allowed to loan their card or key to a
non-member. 7. No glass bottles, glass containers or other
breakable containers may be brought into the pool area. No beverages or food may
be consumed within 4 feet of the pool edge. All trash must be discarded in the
proper receptacles. Upon leaving please pick up after yourselves and close umbrellas.
8. Pets are not permitted in the pool area at any time.
9. No smoking or chewing gum is permitted in the pool enclosure.
10. All members, children and guests who utilize the pool
and its facilities are expected to conduct themselves in reasonable and respectful
manner. Members are responsible for the conduct of their children and guests.
Anyone who behaves in a manner which is disruptive, inappropriate or disrespectful
of others (including but not limited to running, pushing, shoving, dunking, spitting,
etc) may be asked to stop. If such actions do not stop, the person(s) may be asked
to leave the pool area immediately. Warnings and requests to leave can be made
by any member. We ask that you report the incident in writing to the Board of
Directors within 24 hours. If violations continue, pool privileges may be revoked.
11. Proper identification for proof of residence or age
can be requested by anyone at the pool. Members can show pool card, unattended
children may show a drivers license. 12. The pump room
is off limits to unauthorized personnel. 13. Loss of keys:
Members can report loss of pool card or key to the HOA Secretary, and will be
charged a replacement cost of $30/card and $30/key. 14.
Do not prop the gate open. All members are responsible to close the gate behind
them upon entering or leaving. If you see a member propping the gate open, leaving
the gate open upon entering or leaving, it is any member's responsibility to inform
that member to close the gate. Report any violations to the Board. 15.
DO NOT OPEN THE GATE AND LET PEOPLE IN if they don't have their key OR if they
say their card is not working. Please inform that person that they will need to
contact the Board of Directors for access. 16. The pool
hours will be strictly enforced. We have volunteers who need to clean the area,
test the pool, etc and people in the pool after 9 pm will be asked to leave. Repeated
violators will be subject to revocation of privileges. Thank
