We have had reports of people coming into our community and stealing lawn care equipment and tools from yards and trailers. One resident caught people in the act but not before they got away with $2,500 worth of goods. When the police arrived, they told him there have been several incidents lately from nearby neighborhoods of people taking things off of trailers while landscapers were off working and not in sight of their vehicles. If you keep your tools outside, be on the lookout for thieves.  To protect yourself and your investment, lock your stuff up.
